Terms of Use
Jobs for Women’s mission is to match brilliant people with new possibilities, regardless of their location, race, or background. Our mission is to connect individuals seeking employment with companies offering employment. Businesses list opportunities on Jobs for Women, allowing consumers to view the jobs and potentially sign up for job notifications.
To enter into a contract with Jobs for Women, you must be 18 or older. Jobs for Women reserves the right to deny any request you make. When registering with us, you agree that all of the information you submit is truthful and accurate. Jobs for Women offers simply three simple steps to get a job: Register With Us, Create Your Profile, and sign up for job alerts. Users are not required to pay for access.
Terms for Posting Jobs (For businesses)
Online jobs are listed within 24 hours of receiving complete payment.
The invoice must be paid in full before the job posting(s) are made public.
Jobs posted for more than 30 days will necessitate a direct debit to cover the necessary period or additional credits per month.
Payments for job advertisements can be done by BACS or a secure online card payment link.
Jobs will end on the date specified by the client so long as payment is received for the time required.
If no additional job postings are desired, the client must cancel the direct debit instruction; Job for Women is not responsible for this.
Disclaimer of Liability
The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law Jobs for Women and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Website or the Linked Sites and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.

Complaints
We operate a complaint handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Governing Law/Jurisdiction
This agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in conformity with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief resulting from or connected to these Terms may only be taken in the courts of the United Kingdom.
Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Jobs for Women. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Jobs for Women.
