As an Associate Engineer ServiceNow, you’ll be pat of one of our Engineering Teams, interpreting and following architectural and engineering principles, operating frameworks, and new and improved tech applications and solutions. With your technical craft, curiosity and experimentation, you’ll use judgement to apply specific techniques to deliver focused outcomes that support our customers.

We use a variety of tech here and you need to be willing to pick up new tools and techniques. We’d also like you to be yourself – analytical, curious and unafraid to challenge the status quo. You’ll constantly strive to improve the way things are done in your team, contributing as a progressive member of the engineering community.

More about the role:
The ServiceNow Associate Engineer is a key contributing member of the overall implementation, delivery and support of the ServiceNow platform related to ITSM, ITBM and Service Portal product capabilities and complimentary technologies.You’ll contribute to our product technical roadmap.

You’ll collaborate with our engineers to implement and deliver ServiceNow solutions and services for our key process owners and business stakeholders.
Engineering throughout the whole product lifecycle, including decommissioning.
Contribution to technical aspects of development and solution delivery.
Ensure technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high quality and deliver valued outcomes.
Working with our Engineers to drive your development around implementation methodology, configuration and best practices for the ITSM, ITBM and Service Portal product application suite.
Contribute towards continuous improvement of the Engineering team.

Drive for advocacy of agile/lean delivery methodologies.
A passion for delivering solutions to customers, owning the whole SDLC and living the DevSecOps principles.
A passion for enhancing your knowledge and evidence curiosity in emerging tech.
Display empathy and understanding in supporting colleagues in the team to deliver.
Knowledge of Javascript, HTML and CSS would be desirable.
