At Sigma Labs we develop and support recent graduates from underrepresented groups to find and grow careers within the technology sector. We want to see greater equality within society and choose to focus on potential rather than ‘proven’ experience.
We provide more than the technical skills to do a job. Our full-time training is focused on developing the skills that allow our consultants to deliver as professional engineers or developers from Day 1 with clients.
