KPMG initiatives and Network of Women (KNOW)
KPMG’s Network of Women provides support to colleagues across the firm, helping to celebrate and promote gender balance, and provide opportunities to share experiences and develop professionally, through mentoring, workshops and social events.
We also offer company-wide programmes to tackle gender diversity, including our industry leading ITs Her Future programme, designed to encourage more women into technology careers.
We want to champion change for women in our industry, committing to 40:40:20 partner-level representation by 2030.
Parents and working families
Supporting working families is a key part of our culture. It’s not just about children – we know that caring for elder generations and other family members can be an equally difficultbalancing act. Our leave policies enable colleagues to take time off for childcare and other family responsibilities.
