Jobs for Women (JFW) is an inclusive jobs board and podcast connecting untapped, talented women (at college, university, or employed) in underrepresented industries and equitable companies committed to consistently improving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).
The JFW women’s membership is live in BETA, providing all-in-one careers and self-care support for women who want career success and a healthy work-life balance. As well as exclusive mastermind training with industry-leading coaches and monthly challenges, the membership also offers a library of on-demand training to help women improve their confidence, negotiating, CVS, and leadership skills, alongside yoga, meditation, and life coaching classes.

At Jobs for Women, we recognise that women encounter various obstacles in the workplace, which are often exacerbated by discrimination based on factors such as gender, race, ability, and age. These injustices have adverse effects on everyone, not just women.
